FERESHTEH Project (Angle Project):
This project was constructed in one of Tehran’s top locations with a covered are of 2000 (m2) and an infrastructure of 8500 m2.
The 10 unites design style has a post-modern foundation, that are implemented in 5 floors, each with an area of 480 m2 and a ceiling height of 4.80 meters. moreover, a luxurious penthouse (980 m2).
Building on this, the facility is equipped with a swimming pool, Turkish and Dry Sauna, Hot and Cold Jacuzzi and finally a fun-room (i.e. pool table, dart and etc.).
This complex has two elevators and includes facilities such as a full-fitness area of 1200 m2, a parking lot and a wonderful landscape (i.e. roof garden with a rack-garden system) on top of the parking lot.
